Team size: 4 members(max.) Students from different colleges can also be a
part of the same team.
- The event consists of 2 rounds : the prelims and the finals.
- For the prelims, each team has to mail the abstract together with pictures & videos
of their projects to the coordinators latest by 23-02-0215 in this format to team
name(title) electricvoltz@bomma.ac.in
- A tentative list of 15 final participants and 5 waiting participants will be made
based on the abstract and the pictures/videos of the models. Teams selected for
the final round will be sent e-mails and invited to corona for final presentation.
- In the final round, teams will have to make a presentation before a panel of judges
explaining the salient points of their project and the technology used.
- The members of the selected teams are required to bring any software they are using
in their models. In order to avoid compatibility issues, it would be better to bring
your own laptops.
- Any team without a working model will be disqualified.
- Teams will also be given an on the spot problem statement to be solved on paper.
- Certificates will be given to every member of the team which is present during the
event.
- The decision of the judges and the coordinators will be final and binding.
