Out of different number formats available from digital technology, we ignite the skills of each candidate in conversion mechanism of a binary encoded sequence into a decoded alphabetical sequence. In which a given message is encrypted in binary sequence .The format and regulation conversion will be stated on the day of event. For reference follow the example
